ORDER :
1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted that in all the crimes which are subject matter of this writ petition, charge sheets have been filed and thereby the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
