Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite party 14.07.2024

to show cause as to why the accused-petitioner should not be enlarged on bail in Gangachora Model Police Station Case No.1 dated 02.11.2021 corresponding to G.R. No.225 of 2021 under Sections 302/201/34 of the Penal Code, now pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rangpur and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

The Rule is made returnable within 06 (six) weeks from date.

Pending disposal of the Rule, let the accused petitioner Md. Ziaurl Islam@Zia son of Md. Abdus Sattar@Settar be enlarged on ad-interim bail till disposal of the rule on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rangpur.

The concern Court is at liberty to cancel the bail, if the accused-petitioner misuses the privilege of bail.
