Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite party 27.05.2024

to show cause as to why the accused-petitioner should not be enlarged on bail in Session Case No.792 of 2024 arising out of Kahalu Police Station Case No.10 dated 16.11.2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.174 of 2023 (Kahalu) under Section 385 and 387 of the Penal Code, 1860, now pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge, 6th Court, Bogura and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

The Rule is made returnable within 06(six) weeks from date.

Pending disposal of the Rule, let the accused petitioner Md. Robiul Islam son of Md. Abdul Momin be enlarged on ad-interim bail till disposal of the rule on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Session Judge, 6th Court, Bogura. The concern Court is at liberty to cancel the bail, if the accused-petitioner misuses the privilege of bail.
