05.02.2024 Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite parties to
show cause as to why the Proceedings of C.R. Case No.211 of 2022 under Sections 406/420 of the Penal Code, now pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cumilla should not be set aside and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 06(six) weeks from date.
