By filing affidavit, learned Advocate for the contemnor-respondents No.5 and 7 submits that the contemnor- respondents are in the process of complying with the Court’s order and now the matter is pending before the Solicitor Wing for their opinion as required by the Ministry of Finance. In the circumstances, learned Advocate prays for 6(six) weeks time. The prayer is allowed.
