This Criminal Appeal at the instance of the convict appellant, Md. Abul Kashem is directed against the impugned judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 22.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Court, Munshigonj in Sessions Trial Case No. 48 of 2007 arising out of G.R. No. 322 of 2007 (Gajaria) corresponding to Gajaria Police Station Case No. 12 dated 15.06.2007 convicting the accused appellant under table 3(Ka) of section 19(1) of the Madok Drabbya Niyontron Ain, 1990 and

sentencing him thereunder to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 03(three) years and to pay a fine of Tk. 2,000/-(two thousand) in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 03 (three) months more.
