Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite party to 19.02.2024 show cause as to why the quashing the order dated 19.09.2023

passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gazipur in Criminal

Revision Case No.364 of 2023 rejecting the revision application

and thereby affirming the order No.04 dated 26.06.2023 passed

by the learned Court of Joint Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Gazipur

and thereby framing the charge against him under section 138 of

the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Sessions Case No.3237

of 2022 arising out of C.R. Case No.450 of 2022, now pending

in the Court of learned Joint Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Gazipur

should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or

orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

The Rule is made returnable within 6(six) weeks from date.

Pending hearing of the Rule, let all further proceeding of Sessions Case No.3237 of 2022 be stayed till disposal of the

Rule as far as the petitioner is concerned.

Let this matter be placed in the list for hearing on 28.05.2024.
