On an application by the petitioner, under section 115(1) of the Code

of Civil Procedure, this Rule was issued calling upon the opposite parties No.1-56 to show cause as to why the judgment and decree dated 26.11.2020(decree signed on 03.12.2020) passed by the learned Additional

District Judge, 2nd Court, Narayanganj partly allowing the Civil Appeal No.98 of 2015 and thereby modify the judgment and decree dated 04.08.2015 (decree signed on 13.08.2015) passed by the learned Additional Joint District Judge, Narayanganj in Civil Suit No.02 of 2012 decreeing the suit
