Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and bonafide mistake it was wrongly typed as “Kotowali Model Police Station Case No. 100 dated 25.07.2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 138 of 2009” in place of “Kotowali Model Police Station Case No. 100 dated 27.05.2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 491 of 2009” in the cause title and prayer portion of the application filed under section 561A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is required to be corrected, otherwise the petitioner shall be prejudiced.

The application is not opposed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to take necessary steps and amend the order, cause title and prayer portion of the main application accordingly.
