01.07.2024 Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite party to show cause as to why the judgment and order dated

06.06.2024 passed by the learned Session Judge, Sunamgonj in Criminal Revision No.63 of 2024 rejecting the same and affirming the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, Dhormopahsa, Sunamgonj in Dharmapassha Police Station Case No.03 dated 06.03.2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.29 of 2024 under Section 25B(1)(A) of the Special Powers Act, 1974, now pending in the Court of the learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, Dhormopasha, Sunamgonj rejecting the application for returning the seized 13,000 (thirteen thousand) kilograms (KG) betel nuts to the custody of the owner i.e. the present petitioner should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

The Rule is made returnable within 02(two) weeks from date.

Let this matter be fixed for hearing on 24.07.2024.
