Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and bonafide mistake it was wrongly typed as “Ashulia Police Station Case No. 57 dated 23.08.2023” in place of “Ashulia Police Station Case No. 57 dated 23.08.2021” in the cause title and prayer portion of the application filed under section 426(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is required to be corrected, otherwise the petitioner shall be prejudiced.

The application is not opposed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to take necessary steps and amend the order, cause title and prayer portion of the main application accordingly.
