This rule is directed against the judgment and order dated

29.01.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Chattogram, in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 32 of 2017 dismissing the appeal and thereby affirming the judgment and order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the learned Joint District Judge, Banskhali Court, Chattogram in Other Class Suit No. 39 of 2016 rejecting the application for temporary injunction under Order 39 rule 1 and 2 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

At the time of issuance of the rule, this court was pleased to pass an order of status quo in respect of possession of the position of the suit land till disposal of the rule.
