Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite 12.05.2024

party to show cause as to why the accused-petitioner should not be enlarged on bail in Ukhiya Police Station Case No. 31 dated 11.11.2023 corresponding to G. R. No. 648 of 2023 under sections 19A/19(f) of the Arms Act, 1878, now pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cox’s Bazar and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

The Rule is made returnable within 6 (six) weeks from date.
