This is an application for correction of the court’s name mistakenly written as “Sessions Judge, Dhaka” instead of “Cyber Tribunal, Dhaka”.

In view of the submissions of the learned Advocate for the accused-petitioners and the statements made paragraph No.4 in the application, we find substance in the application.

Accordingly, the application for correction is

allowed.

Consequently, in the order dated 18.12.2023 passed by this court, the expressions “Sessions Judge, Dhaka” is substituted by the expressions “Cyber Tribunal, Dhaka”,.

However, the office is directed to make necessary correction in the order passed by this court and to issue a fresh order in accordance with the law along with the present order.
