On an application filed by the petitioner, under Section 115(1) of the

Code of Civil Procedure, this Rule was issued calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2021 (decree signed on 21.01.2021) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Cumilla in Title Appeal No.01 of 2018 dismissing the appeal and affirming the judgment and decree dated 28.09.2017 (decree signed on 08.10.2017) passed by the learned Assistant Judge, Brahmanpara, Cumilla in Title Suit No.17 of 2016, decreeing the suit should not be set-aside and/or pass such other or further order or orders passed as to this Court may seem fit and proper
