On an application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, this Rule

was issued calling upon the opposite parties No.1-5 to show cause as to why the delay of 125 days in filing the revisional application should not be condoned and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.

It appears from the record that, the present petitioners preferred the instant Civil Revision application under section 115 (4) of the Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and order No.05 dated 19.09.2018 passed by the learned District Judge, Kishoregonj in Civil Revision No.35 of 2018 disallowing the revision filed
