ORDER (ORAL)

Mr. Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that subsequent to the order dated 27.07.2022 of this

Tribunal, the respondents have complied with the order.

2. Mr. Gyanendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents submits that both Respondents No. 2 and 3 are

present in Court. He invites our attention to the para 9 of the

affidavit dated 25.07.2022, filed by Respondent No. 2, a copy

of which has been placed on record. Para 9 of the said affidavit

reads as under :

“That the respondents as soon as have realized their

bonafide mistake to discontinue the service of the

applicants as LDCs, they have taken the remedial

measures to withdraw their office order dated 28.02.2022

vide

which

the

services

of

the

applicants

were

discontinued. Further, the applicants are directed to re-

join their services immediately at the respondents’

department in order to give full and complete compliance

to the order dated 27-07-2016 passed by the Hon’ble

Tribunal. A true copy of the order dated 23.07.2022

bearing file no. 2487/2016 RMLH (HA-1) is annexed a

marked herewith as annexure-CP-R-2.”

3. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we are satisfied of the

compliance of directions of this Tribunal.
