1. Heard Sri Ankit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jayant Singh Tomar, the learned A.G.A.-I for the State and Sri P.K. Singh, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of the informant and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.37 of 2025, under Sections 65 (1)/351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Mill Area, District Raebareli.

3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 05.02.2025 at 20.00 Hrs. stating that the applicant who is cousin of the informant, took away the informant's daughter aged about 14 years to his house at 9.00 Hrs. on 02.02.2025. He made her drink something and thereafter raped her. The applicant tried to strangulate her and clicked nude photographs of the informant's daughter. Thereafter, he threatened the informant's daughter to spread her nude photographs virally. The informant's daughter returned about 10.30 Hrs. and she told about the incident on 04.02.2025.
