This intra-court appeal is directed against the interim order dated

10.02.2023, whereby the order dated 10.11.2022 passed by Deputy

Registrar, Firms, Chits and Societies, Meerut, namely, Respondent

no.2 herein, has been stayed along with the consequential order

dated 23.11.2022. It is argued by learned counsel for the appellant

that practically, no reasons have been assigned by the learned

Single Judge in staying the order dated 10.11.2022 passed by the

Deputy Registrar, whereby the list of members of General Body of

the Society had been held invalid on account of absence of

evidence of induction of 31 members in the General Body of the
