Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A. for the State.

This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant for being

enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 433 of 2022, under Sections-420, 467,

468, 471 and 120-B I. P. C., P. S.-Sector 20 Noida, district-Gautam Budh

Nagar.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is

innocent; he has falsely been implicated in this case; applicant is not

named in the F. I. R.; his name surfaced during investigation; on arrest of

the applicant along with co-accused Sudhir Singh, Rs. 2,14,000/- and two

mobile phones, four passports and ten aadhar cards are alleged to have

been recovered, which is planted recovery made by the police and could

not be connected with any incident. He has lastly submitted that the

applicant, who is in jail since 13.10.2022, is entitled to be enlarged on bail.

Per contra, learned A. G. A. has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.
