has appeared on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 despite taking case in revised

list.

2. The present criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated

18.05.2022, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5,

Bulandshahar, in Criminal Appeal No. 145 of 2021 (Pramesh Kumar Mittal and

two others vs. State of U.P. and another), whereby the appeal was allowed and the

order dated 28.09.2021 passed by the trial court in Complaint Case No. 172 of 2020

(Smt. Soniya Agarwal vs. Pramesh Kumar Mittal and others), under Section 12 of

Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred as D

V Act), P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar, was set aside, holding that the

Trial Court has no territorial jurisdiction to try the case in question.
