Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for

the State.

There is allegation against the applicant of causing dowry death

of his wife.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has

been generally implicated alongwith his mother and sister

regarding the demand of dowry. The deceased did not had

cordial relationship with the family members of the matrimonial

house and, consequently, she committed suicide leaving behind

her nine month old child. The informant has been examined as

PW-1 before the trial court who has not supported the

prosecution case and has turned hostile.

The applicant is in jail since 23.10.2021 and has no criminal

history to his credit.

On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for

bail.
