Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the

State-respondent.

This appeal has been filed with a prayer to set aside the cognizance

and summoning order dated 08.04.2021, non bailable warrant

dated 02.07.2022 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(r)

SC/ST Act, Police Station Koirauna, District Bhadohi in S.T. No.

135 of 2021 as well as charge sheet dated 21.02.2022 arising out of

Case Crime No. 0013 of 2021.

In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that

some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as

he wants to surrender before the trial court.

The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial

court that if the appellant appears before the trial court within 15

days from today and moves an application before the trial court,

the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of law

laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of

Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
