The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer for

mandamus commanding respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil

Phoolpur, district Azamgarh to consider and decide Mutation Case

No. 1926 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202215060301926)

under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Mohammad Alam

and others vs Nazrulhasan) village Manerkala, Paragan Mahul

Tehsil Phoolpur, district Azamgarh within stipulated period.

Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the prayer

made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, evidence

available on record and having heard the argument advanced by
