Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for

the State respondents and perused the records.

This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First

Information Report dated 23.02.2023, in F.I.R. No. 0025 of 2023,

under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406, 351 IPC and section 3/4

D.P. Act, Police Station Madanpur, District Deoria.

Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the

charge-sheet No. A-24 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 has already been

submitted against petitioner nos. 1-Jayant Gupta, 2-Yadav Lal & 3-

Urmila Devi. During investigation, it reveals that petitioner nos. 4-

Jai Prakash Gupta and 5-Seema Gupta have been falsely

implicated in this case and therefore, both are exonerated.

In view of such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more

survives.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous.
