Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA

for the State and perused the material placed on record.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant, Sumit Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T.

424 of 2022, Case Crime No.543 of 2021, under Sections 306,

354, 504, 506 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station

Bhognipur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial.

There is allegation in the FIR that on account of stocking of the

victim and sexual molestation done by the applicant, daughter of

the informant committed suicide by way of hanging.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that with regard to

the incident dated 08.11.2021, FIR has been lodged on 15.11.2021

after due deliberations. The deceased was being married against

her wish to a boy. She refused to marry with him and she was not

happy, due to which she committed suicide. The ingredients for
