1. Heard Sri Navin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhishek

Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on

behalf of the State respondents and Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel, who has

accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.5.

2. The present writ in the nature of PIL has raised the issue regarding illegal

encroachment over pond contained in Arazi No. 1005 area 0.530 hectare situated

at Village Khyokhar Abholi Tehsil Gyanpur District Sant Ravidas Nagar

(Bhadohi). A further prayer to decide the representation dated 06.06.2023 of the

petitioner within the stipulated time has been prayed for.

3. Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on

behalf of the State submitted that as per the instructions received on 09.07.2023,

which are taken on record, the proceedings under Section 67 of the Revenue

Code
