Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material on record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to set

aside/quash the order dated 01.12.2021 passed by the

Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2/Special Judge (SC/ST

Act), Mahoba in Complaint Case No.79 of 2021 (Vinod Kumar

@ Munna Kori Vs. Kripal and others), under Sections 452, 323,

504, 506, 427 IPC and Section 3(2)(5ka) and 3(1) (da, dha) of

SC/ST Act, Police Station Kharela, District Mahoba.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has

submitted that the applicants relinquish the prayer for

quashment and wish to move bail application before the trial

court in view of the guidelines/observations given by Hon'ble

Apex Court in Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of

Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made.
