The instant application for bail has been moved on
behalf of the applicant, Deewan with the prayer to
enlarge him on bail in F.I.R./Case Crime No.237 of
2022, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station
Achhnera, District Agra, during pendency of the
trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted
that the innocent present applicant, who is a
student of class XIth, has been falsely implicated
