opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and

perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

filed for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 13.3.2021

and 29.5.2021 filed by the police in Case Crime No. 60 of 2020,

under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, P.S.

Chakar Ghatta, District Chandauli as well as the entire

proceeding of Case No. 28700 of 2021, (State Vs. Smt.

Priyanka and others), pending in the Court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate , Chandauli arising out of Case Crime No. 60 of

2020, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B

IPC, P.S. Chakar Ghatta, District Chandauli including the

cognizance/summoning order dated 2012.2021 passed by the

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli in the above mentioned

case.
