1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This contempt application has been filed alleging wilful and

deliberate disobedience of the order dated 17.05.2023 passed by

this Court in Writ-C No.16684 of 2023.

3. Sri Anshul Kumar Singhal has appeared before this Court and

submits that he represents the concerned promoter and the

proceedings of the contempt application be deferred as the

promoter intends to make certain payment to the applicant.

4. I have perused the order of the Division Bench which was

passed without issuing notice to the promoter, however, that will

not make any effect on the contempt proceedings as the violation

of the order of the Division Bench has been alleged on the part of

the District Magistrate and no relief has been claimed against the

promoter in the present contempt application.
