Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for State and perused

the record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent

and have been falsely implicated in the present case. In this case, F.I.R. was

lodged under section 452, 323, 504, 307 IPC against the applicants but during

investigation offence under Section 307 IPC was not found to be made out and

charge sheet was submitted under Section 452, 323, 504, IPC. Applicants are

ready to appear before the court concerned and face the trial. Lastly, it is

submitted that the applicants are under apprehension of imminent arrest. In case,

the applicants are released on bail, they would not misuse the liberty of bail and

would cooperate with the trial.

On the other hand, learned AGA opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail and

urged that there is criminal history of one case against the applicants and aft
