Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material placed on record.

This anticipatory bail application (under section 438 Cr.P.C.)

has been moved seeking bail in Case Crime No. 267 of 2022,

under sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 336, 307 IPC and 7

Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Dauki, District-

Agra.

Facts in brief are that on 11.6.2022 at about 6 a.m. Dushyant @

Lalu molested the daughter of Rakesh, brother of this applicant

and also passed obscene comments. The daughter narrated the

incident to Rakesh and this applicant on which these persons

went to the house of Dushyant @ Lalu to make complaint

where Dushyant @ Lalu, Shailendra @ Pappu, Arvind @ Banti,

Pradeep, Lavkush and Bhanu @ Kuldeep abused them with
