The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayer:

"Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the

respondent No.2- Deputy Collector/S.D.M. Tehsildar, Tehsil-Padrauna,

District- Kushinagar to decide the Case No.6056 of 2022 computer Case

No.T202205440106056 (Kalindi Tiwari Vs. Prasidh Narayan and others)

filed under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him

within stipulated period."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

aforesaid case is pending consideration before respondent No. 2

since 2022 and till date, no order has been passed.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid case will

be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby

directed that the Case No. 6056 of 2022 computer Case

No.T202205440106056 (Kalindi Tiwari Vs. Prasidh Narayan

and others) filed under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006

pending before respondent No. 2 shall be decided within a

period of three months from the date of production of a certified

copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment

to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is

disposed of.
