Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material on record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to

quash the order dated 31.10.2022 passed by the Juvenile Justice

Board,Kanpur Nagar in Case Crime No.706 of 2020 (State Vs.

Anuj Saxena and another), under Sections 323, 457, 504, 506,

147, 427 I.P.C, Police Station Bovind Nagar, District Kanpur

Nagar.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has

submitted that he relinquishes the prayer for quashment and

wishes to move bail application before the trial court in view of

the guidelines/observations given by Hon'ble Apex Court in

Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation

and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made.

Considering the above submissions and taking into

consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is
