Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vikas Sahai,

learned AGA for the State-opposite party.

The instant bail application, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been

filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case

Crime No. 103 of 2022, under Sections 452, 354, 506 I.P.C.,

Section 7/8 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V-a) of the

Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station- Karma, District

Sonbhadra during the pendency of trial.
