Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Mohd. Asif, learned counsel

for the respondents.

The applicants have preferred the present Transfer Application under Section 24

of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 with the following prayer:-

"(i) issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned

order dated 03.102022 passed by the learned District Judge, Civil Court Aligarh,

which contained. as Annexure No.9 to this application :

(ii) issue a writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to Learned

Apper District and Session Judge Court no 14 Civil Court Aligarh not to proceed

further in revision no 30 of 2011 Hashim Ali Siddaqui and others Vs. Waqf Bibi

Rafiunisha (Reg. No.1, 2, 3 Ex-II) through its U.P. Sunni Central Board, Lucknow

and another , during pendency of the application
