Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material on record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to

quash the charge sheet dated 06.10.2022 and

cognizance/summoning order dated 04.11.2022 and Case

No.25587 of 2022 (State Vs. Vishnu Babu and others) arising

out of Case Crime No.287 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323,

504, 506, 308 IPC, Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah

pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court

No.1, Etawah.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has

submitted that he relinquishes the prayer for quashment and

wishes to move bail application before the trial court in view of

the guidelines/observations given by Hon'ble Apex Court in

Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation

and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made.
