Learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the

State.

This criminal revision has been filed against the order dated

11.10.2022, passed by learned Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalay,

Baghpat in Complaint Case No. 563 of 2019 (Payal vs.

Harendra & others), u/s 12 Protection of Women from

Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Ramala, District Baghpat.

In view of the provision of Section 29 of Protection of Women

from Domestic Voilence Act, 2005, it is clear that such an order

is appealable before the Court of Session.

At this stage, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the

instant revision may be dismissed with liberty to file an appeal

in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the criminal revision is dismissed with

the aforesaid liberty.

Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to

learned counsel for the revisionist by retaining a xerox copy of

the same on record.
