Dr. S. B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent.

The instant application has been moved on behalf of the

applicant with a prayer to release him on bail during trial in

case crime No. 144 of 2020, under sections 420, 406 IPC, PS

Jewar, District Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The allegation against the applicant is that he duped informant

and by playing fraud and cheating, he received more than Rs.

Four lacs from the informant on the ground that he will provide

a job to the son of the informant in Canada but after receiving

money, he did not provide any job to the son of the informant as

promised and he also failed to repay the total amount which

was as per the FIR is around Rs. Four lacs and fifty-five

thousand.
