This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed

with the prayer to quash the order dated 21.09.2022

passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court

No.12, Moradabad in Criminal Revision No. 102 of 2021

(Smt. Anam Vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as order

dated 27.07.2021 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Moradabad in Misc. Case No. 6359 of 2021 (Smt. Anam

Vs. Musarraf), under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police

Station Mughalpura, District Moradabad.

Brief facts of the case are that an application was filed by

the applicant on 15.01.2021 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad and
