Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to
respondents to ensure payment of entire cane price to the
petitioners with 15% compound interest.
Shri Ravind Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5 has
stated that the dues have already been paid to the petitioner and
as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survive.
The aforesaid fact has been acknowledged by learned counsel
for the petitioner.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having
become infructuous.
