By means of the the bail application the

applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail

in Case Crime No. 163 of 2020 at Police

Station- Kotwali Konch, District- Jalaun

under Sections 419, 420, 120B, 465, 467,

468, 471, IPC and Section 66C/67D I.T.

Act. The applicant is in jail since

22.10.2022.

The bail application of the applicant was

rejected by the learned trial court on

15.12.2022.

The following arguments made by Shri

Tiwari Abhishek Rajesh, learned counsel

on behalf of the applicant, which could not

be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Rishi

Chaddha, learned AGA from the record,

entitle the applicant for grant of bail:

(1). The applicant was not named in the

FIR.

(2). The applicant did not induce the

informant in parting with his money with

the promise of petrol pump dealership.

(3). The money was not transferred by the

informant into the bank account of the
