Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA

appearing for the State and perused the material brought on

record.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant

that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case

due to ulterior motive. It is next contended that as per F.I.R.

version, complainant was subjected to cruelty by her husband,

in-laws for which present F.I.R. had been lodged. It is further

submitted that matter was referred to conciliation centre on

26.10.2020 at 9:00 P.M.. Husband of the complainant and her

in-laws came to her paternal home and tried to forcibly take her

along with them to their home and when she refused, they had

assaulted her. It is further submitted that in F.I.R. it is stated that

applicant, who is husband of the victim, had assaulted her by a

rod, however, in injury report, victim has received four injuries

on her person, however, the same was found to be simpl
