The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding

the Respondent No. 2 Tahsildar (Judical) Tehsil Phulpur District- Azamgarh

to decide the proceeding of mutation Case No. 3906 of 2022 Computerize

case No. T202215060303906 dated 18.08.2022 (Ramajor Versus Afsana

Khatoon) under section 34 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 Mauja

Chakdaudshah Pargana Mahul Tahsil Phulpur District- Azamgarh."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation

case is pending consideration before respondent No.2 since 2022

and till date, no order has been passed.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid mutation case

will be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.
