This criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by

Principal Judge Family Court, Pilibhit in Misc. Case No.375 of 2021 (Smt. Sapna

Devi vs. Vivek Kumar) U/s 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Bilsanda, District Pilibhit. By the

impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the interim maintenance

application filed by opposite party nos.2 & 3 and has awarded Rs.2000/- and 1000/-

per month each to respondent nos.2 & 3 as interim maintenance allowance from the

date of application i.e. 01.07.2021.

Perusal of impugned order reveals that neither of the parties have filed any affidavit

of assets and liabilities as required by the direction of Hon'ble Apex Court in

Rajnesh Versus Neha and another in Criminal Appeal No.730 of 2020 (arising of

SLP (Crl) No.9503 of 2018) decided on 4 November, 2020 which is necessary. So
