We have heard Sri Vishnu Shanker Gupta for the review-applicant

and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

This review application seeks review of an order dated 6th August,

2018 passed by a Division Bench comprising Hon'ble Govind

Mathur and Hon'ble Chandra Dhari Singh, JJ in Special Appeal

No.489 of 2018. As both Hon'ble Judges are no longer Judges of

this Court, this review application has been placed before the

regular Bench.

The review application is reported to be beyond limitation by 1468

days. There is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing

the review application, which is supported by an affidavit.

In the affidavit it is stated that the applicant fell seriously ill and was

diagnosed with jaundice and pancreatitis and as such was

incapacitated in discharging ordinary functions of his life.
