1. Heard Shri Vimlesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ujjawal Satsangi, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The instant petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the Commercial Court, Jhansi in Arbitration Execution Case No. 04/2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent was awarded a contract, which could not be completed within the stipulated period as provided in the agreement/mutual consent. As such, a dispute arose between the parties and the matter was referred to the Arbitrator. He further submits that on 03.03.2010, an award was passed against the petitioners awarding Rs. 92,04,289/- with 8% interest.
