1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rao Narendra Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

2. In the present case, on 15.4.2025 the following order was passed which is quoted hereinbelow:

2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following reliefs :

"it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of the case no. 3203/2024 (State Vs.
