learned counsel of the opp. Party no. 2 and

By means of this application under section

482 CrP.C. the applicant seeks to invoke the

inherent jurisdiction of this court to quash the

summoning order dated 18.4.2022 passed by

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly in case

no. 5136 of 2022, State of U.P. Vs. Ram Mohan

Sharma and others, the impugned chargesheet/

police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. dated

10.10.2021 arising out of case crime no. 76 of

2021, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447,

386, 120-B I.P.C. police station Prem Nagar, District

Bareilly as well as entire proceeding of case no.

5136 of 2022 pending before C.J.M. Bareilly.
